Cheerleader Birthday



This has to be one of my favorites!
Cake is yellow with buttercream icing covered in marshmellow fondant. Decor is also fondant. Cheerleader figurine is a fondant and gumpaste mix and face is painted with gel coloring. Wire spray on top with fondant stars.

Sweet Little Birdie






This sweet little cake was for a baby shower, and was designed after the baby's bedding.
Double tier with double layers covered in marshmellow fondant. Decor, monogram and bird were made of fondant as well. Pink beading was in royal icing. This cake was yellow cake with buttercream.

Blue polka dots

Ok...this was one of my favorites! Who doesn't love that little face!?!
This was a yellow cake with buttercream that I carved to the right shape. Covered in marshmellow fondant and details in fondant. Outlined in pink royal icing.

The cake...


Ok....after 12 hours...I've made my first cake.
This was for an awesome couple's shower for my brother-in-law Kevin and his beautiful fiance Bailey....and they LOVED it!
3 tier, double layered 12-8-4 inch square cake, white almond sour cream cake with buttercream covered in marshmellow fondant. Fondant bow, initial, dots, and stripes. All gold has luster dust to add shimmer.

Cakes to come!

This week I will be attempting my first tiered cake. It's for a couple's shower for my brother-in-law and his new bride-to-be! Of course we couln't start simple...it's 3 layers and a quite detailed. Hopefully it will turn out great... I'm a little anxious! Stay tuned for pictures!!!
